JOB TITLE: Assistant Teacher
GRADE: D
DEPARTMENT: Early Childhood Education (ECE)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUPERVISOR'S TITLE: Assistant Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Assistant Teacher is responsible for responsible for helping the teacher adhere to the guidelines of the Department of Health and Human Services and the DCFS Licensing Standards including those of a mandated reporter of suspected child abuse or neglect cases. The Assistant Teacher is also responsible for helping to ensure that the children of Garden of Prayer Early Education & Intervention Center receive high quality developmentally appropriate experiences. The Assistant Teacher substitutes for the teacher in the classroom, following a lesson plan provided by the teacher, Assistant Director/ Director.

SUPERVISOR'S TITLE: Assistant Director & Center Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Teacher is responsible for responsible for adhering to the guidelines of the Garden of Prayer Early Education & Intervention Center, DCFS Licensing Standards including those of a mandated reporter of suspected child abuse or neglect cases. The Teacher is responsible for helping to ensure that the children of Garden of Prayer Early Education & Intervention Center receive high quality developmentally appropriate experiences. The Teacher is responsible for the operation of the classroom where she/he is assigned to work, including supervision of the classroom staff, parent volunteer, foster parents, volunteers, etc. Work in collaboration with the Assistant Director to identify training needs of classroom staff. The teacher is responsible for positive outcomes for all children. The Teacher must demonstrate effective on going collaboration with other team members.

JOB TITLE: Rehabilitation Services Assistant I
GRADE: C
DEPARTMENT: Group Homes
FLSA Status: Exempt/ Non-Exempt
SUPERVISOR'S TITLE: Milieu Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To work under the guidance of the Milieu Manager in the coordination, delegation and maintenance of the milieu. This includes behavior management, program safety and compliance, and be responsible for performing day-to-day support services for the client including but not limited to behavior modification program, activities of daily living, appointments, transportation, etc.

FLSA Status: Exempt/ Non-Exempt
SUPERVISOR'S TITLE: Milieu Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To help manage behavior, ensure safety, and be responsible for performing day-to-day support services for the client including but not limited to behavior modification program, activities of daily living, appointments, transportation, etc.
