Placement Program

Placement Programs’ purpose is to restore the youth of today in order to place on a path of success and independence.

The purpose of this program is to provide a safe, 24-hour supervised housing for delinquent and at-risk male youth ages 13-18. We provide them with access to education and other ancillary services to reduce the participant's frequency of interfacing with the law, improve behavior, and improve relationships with parents or guardians. Additionally, the aim of this program is to reunify youth with their family of origin as well as to safely reintegrate them into their community or transition them to a less restrictive setting.

Our foster care programs provides a home away from home for DCFS youth in care. We provide youth with a loving home and prepare them for their future. Our Specialized Foster Care Program (SPEC) provides intensive therapeutic, educational, recreational, and placement services for youth that have experienced trauma. Our Emergency Foster Care (EFC) provides therapeutic and placement services for youth and children that are in need of temporary placement. Both programs provide foster care services for youth in Kankakee, Will, Iroquois, and Cook counties.
